After your E-Transfer is accepted, we will process your order and send you a tracking code. Orders placed before 11 AM (PST) or 2 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM (PST) will be shipped on the next business day.

Our current payment method is Interac e-Transfer. To use this service, you’ll need an active online banking account. After completing the checkout process, payment instructions will be emailed to you. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an invoice with all the necessary details, including the email address, security question, and required answer to complete the payment. With this service, your package typically arrives within 3–7 business days to most locations in Canada, as stated by Canada Post. The estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) begins from the day your tracking code is issued, not from the date your order is placed. For customers in rural areas or smaller cities, delivery may take up to 4 business days, particularly in provinces like New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Placing an order is simple:

Visit the “Shop” page and browse our products by clicking on their titles.

Select a product, choose the quantity, and click “ADD TO CART.”

2. Remove items by clicking the “X” button.
3. Adjust quantities using the “+” or “–” buttons, then click “UPDATE CART.”
4. Click “CHECKOUT” to proceed.

6. Click “PLACE ORDER.”
7. If your order fails, you may need to create an account first.

   Send the E-Transfer and confirm it was processed.
10. Once payment is received, we’ll process and ship your order.

We take great care in handling your order, ensuring it is securely sealed to protect both your purchase and privacy. All orders are shipped discreetly and safely through Canada Post. In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, we will resend your order once.

• Access your online banking account and navigate to the E-Transfer section.
• Add our email address and the exact total amount, including taxes, as shown on your invoice. You will receive an email with our email address and the payment details after placing your order.
• Complete the transfer.
  For security purposes, we will provide the answer to the security question required to send the payment. Please review the instructions at the bottom of the checkout page for more details.
• Guidelines on sending an E-Transfer will be included with your invoice. Your shipment will be processed once the E-Transfer is completed.
