We accept Interac e-Transfer and a variety of cryptocurrencies as forms of payment.
Interac e-Transfer:
This service is available only if you have an online banking account. Payment instructions will be provided at checkout, including an invoice with the necessary details such as the email address, security question, and answer required to complete your payment. Please ensure you save this information carefully. If any details are missing, feel free to contact us at [email protected] with your Order #, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Cryptocurrencies:
Choose your preferred cryptocurrency at checkout to complete your payment. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Dogecoin, Shiba Inu (SHIB), and BNB. Please refer to the checkout page for the appropriate protocols to use when sending your payment.

Orders are typically processed within one business day, though it may take up to two business days in some cases. Please note that orders will remain marked as "processing" and will not proceed until the E-Transfer payment has been received.
Orders placed Monday through Friday with payment sent before 1 PM Eastern Time (Ontario) will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Payments received after the 1 PM cut-off will be accepted later that evening, and the order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Please note that our accounting team has reduced hours on weekends, but rest assured, weekend orders will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. You will also receive an email confirmation once your payment has been accepted.

4. At this point you may place orders. Please note that you must be 19+ to place an order
Ordering is quick and easy.
1. Visit the “Products” page and review our products by clicking the product title.
2. Point to a product and choose “ADD TO CART” or “SELECT OPTIONS” to choose the weight of the product; then “ADD TO CART”.
3. Click the “CART” or "VIEW CART" when you are done and review your order.
4. Remove items by clicking the “X” button. Add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-“ buttons beside a product. Click “UPDATE CART”.
5. Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” when ready.
6. Review your billing details, shipping details and order details.
7. Before placing your order. You need to read and accept our terms & conditions.
8. Choose “PLACE ORDER” when you are done; if your purchase fails, you may need to setup an ACCOUNT before you can order products.
9. Check your email for a confirmation letter and next steps to issue an E-Transfer.
10. Send your E-Transfer and make sure it was processed. We will then process and ship your order.
Your order will be handled with care and sealed properly to protect your purchase and privacy.
Shipping via Canada Post ensures your order will be sent discreetly and securely.
We currently only ship within Canada.
You are welcome to check in with us for updates periodically.
When you place an order, it is automatically marked as "on hold" in our system. Once your payment is received, the order status will update to "processing" and will be prepared for shipment the next business day, excluding weekends. Orders marked as "processing" over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday when the post office reopens.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel and delete the on-hold order.
Please note this discount only applies when you add three to eight individual ounces of marijuana flower products only. This discount does not apply to quarter pounds, half pounds as a single product in your cart. You must add individual ounces to your cart in order for this discount to apply at checkout. You are also able to add more than one ounce of the same strain in order qualify for the discount
Unfortunately our system does not allow you to change an order once it has been placed. To cancel, simply go to your orders page under "My Account" and select cancel. If you already sent a payment and would like to change an order, you can do is contact us at [email protected] and we can try to change that for you but there is no guarantee.
A boveda package is a humidity package which can improve the quality of marijuana cannabis by setting the flower to the right humidity level. These are great additional add-on's for your purchase however are totally optional. We have a demostration video on our products page as well for your reference

If you sent your payment and your order went to processing and still don't have a tracking number by 8 PM EST by the following business day please contact [email protected] and one of our customer service representatives will take a look. If your order is still on hold, that means we have not received your payment yet and your order has not been processed yet.
The tracking number provided to you via the email address on your order will typically display the expected delivery date for your package. If there is no update beyond the expected delivery date, please contact [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
We will reach out to Canada Post on your behalf and open a service ticket to trace your package. This process can take 5 to 7 business days as Canada Post attempts to locate your shipment. In most cases, once a trace is initiated, the package often arrives the following day. Rest assured, we are here to support you until your order is delivered to your door! 😊
We offer full insurance for your order, meaning if it gets lost in transit we will replace your package. ONE REPLACEMENT PER ORDER. This usually never happens however we like to give our clients full confidence when purchasing at BuyHashOnline.com. Replacements will be in the form of credit, no refunds. We do not offer replacement packages on your order if the tracking number says delivered.
Canada Post may have mistakenly delivered your package to the wrong address. Postal workers occasionally leave packages at a neighbor's home or an incorrect mailbox. We recommend asking your neighbors if they have seen it or checking around their premises. You may also want to check your community mailbox.
In some cases, packages may be scanned as “successfully delivered” but actually arrive the following business day. Please allow a few extra business days to see if your package is delivered.

Yes, if you would like to request a signature, please put "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in your order notes during checkout.
If your package tracking on the Canada Post website shows it heading to the wrong city, it is likely due to human error. Occasionally, postal employees manually enter postal codes into the system, and a small mistake—such as an incorrect digit or letter—can result in a routing error. This may cause a delay of 1-2 days.
Canada Post may forget to add an updated scan to the order. This causes the order to appear as if it is not being processed. Most of our orders arrive within three business days. However, it they may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have waited five or six business days and nothing has arrived, please EMAIL US directly at [email protected] and we will perform a trace for you with Canada Post.
While postal theft, lost orders, and confiscated packages are uncommon in most areas, they are more frequent in regions such as the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Northern Ontario, Northern Manitoba, Quebec, Dieppe, Saint John (NB), and cities with populations under 3,500. If you’re concerned about the safety of your order, we recommend placing smaller orders. Please note that replacement packages or refunds are not provided for orders that are lost, stolen, or confiscated. All orders are placed at the customer's own risk.
If a package is not able to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, please update your shipping address immediately in order to reflect future orders. Please note we do not cover orders that are undelivered due to customer negligence.
We often send out our newsletter with news and great offers. We will never disclose your data to third parties and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free samples. As a retailer, we buy all magazines from their publishers at the regular trade price. However, you could contact the magazine’s publisher directly to ask if they can send you a free copy.
You can create a new account at the end of the order process or on the following page. You can view all of your orders and subscriptions in your customer account. You can also change your addresses and your password.
